It's mildly entertaining and it isn't as good as it should have been. Richard Dreyfuss stars as an actor forced to mimic the recently deceased dictator of the fictional country, Parador. At first, he isn't thrilled at the ordeal but soon grows to enjoy it. Dreyfuss' comic performance is wonderful and the rest of the cast is fine. However, the film is greatly missing substance!
