Poignant tale about an 11 year old girl with a very troublesome childhood; her mother died a few days after she was born, her dad is going to marry someone she doesn't like, she lives in a funeral parlor and is haunted by the corpses and that's not all! Anna Chlumsky as the 11 year old girl does a fine job in her movie debut as well as the rest of the cast. The movie is good if too tender; bring Kleenex.
