Wayne's World

Wayne and Garth, two excellent buddies star on their own successful local television show that produces an interest from a rich arcade chain owner who hire this duo for mucho dinero. They certainly seem to have it made, but their show is threatened from being swallowed up by the company, having all the "substance" deemed important by Wayne and Garth taken out. Surprisingly clever and side-splitting jokes, but the plot is inexcusably uneven. Thank goodness for the talent and the wit from Mike Myers who, along with co-star Dana Carvey, carries this movie along to fame. Followed by Wayne's World 2.
