Benjamin Mius

Benjamin Francois was born in Salem, MA and came to Yarmouth County with the return of the Acadiens, who had been exiled, and was baptized on August, 19, 1781. "La Pointe-des-Ben" in Sluice Point in Yarmouth County was named after Benjamin. It is here that he and his children lived.  Benjamin's house still stands today.
