Description: Darlest Ein Rex (or "Rex", which he is more commonly know as) is a freelance mercenary/bounty hunter who makes a living by hunting down wanted criminals and turning them in for a handsome reward. He sometimes take external 'job offers', too, and will accept it only if it arouses his interest and when the price is right. Rex is skilled at using the sword and he views his profession as a never-ending challenge to improve himself. Rex possesses the pride of a warrior and even though he may be hard-headed at times, he always maintains his strong sense of justice and duty towards the preservation of life.

Origin:

Rex belongs to a race of reptile-men known as the "Saurians". They possess great strength and a sharp intellect; their IQ surpassing that of an average human being. It has always been rumoured that the Saurians were genetically engineered by scientists decades ago in an attempt to create the ultimate life form, but even today, no one can be fully sure how they came about. 

There exists only a handful of Saurians left in the world, so most people aren't very receptive when they come face-to-face with a huge talking dinosaur. Even though some may regard him as a 'monster' or 'freak of nature', Rex has earned the trust of most people through years of hard work, which also explains why he is one of the most highly-sought after bounty hunters in the region.
