Hope you get a kick out of this patch. It's a simple setup, but I use it quite a bit for moody, hard rock solos, in the style of Gary Moore or Carlos Santana. PATCH NAME: Solo Verb Author: MikeO Comments: I use a US Strat with a Seymour Duncan '59 (full size) bridge, Vintage Rail middle, and a Cool Rail neck. I like reverb on those long, singing notes during solos. By using the Boss EV5 plugged into the SUB EXP PED Input, you can blend in the reverb for bringing on feedback more naturally. I use the expression pedal strictly for volume control, and with the reverb up, I can emulate violin-like singing tones with it.
