Elizabeth Collins-Stoddard played by: (daylilly74) Elizabeth Collins-Stoddard, wife of the late Paul Stoddard, mother to Carolyn Stoddard-Hawkes and Victoria Winters, sister to Roger Collins and heir of the Collins fortune and very revered and respected lady. Liz, as she is sometimes referred to by only her closest of family and friends, is the matriarch of the Collins family--a title she feels bares a lot of responsibility. She must oversee a business that is dying, but with her brother they are attempting to keep it going. The people of Collinsport are depending on her as the family matriarch to save their livelihoods and town from extinction.

Elizabeth has watched many happenings in her home of Collinwood. Her brother returned with his son David to live after a failed marriage. His former wife, Laura Collins, followed and tried to take David with her, and shall we say not out the front door but into flames as the mythical Phoenix.

Even an unknown cousin from England, named Barnabas Collins, has come to stay at Collinwood. With Barnabas, life as they have known it has never be the same. Through witchcraft, gypsies, werewolves, paranormal events and happenings, Liz has survived, even from being buried alive. She has endured with her instinct to protect her family and keep the Collins name intact.

Elizabeth Collins-Stoddard, Collins family matriarch, businesswoman, mother, sister, cousin and friend is gracious to all. But make no mistake, she is going to protect her family and do what ever she has to do to achieve this. Elizabeth knows what she wants and she does know how to obtain the end result that is best for her and the Collins family.
