Judah Zachary

played by: (purple_angelic) Judah Zachary is a mysterious figure and little of his past is known. He came to the small village of Bedford, Maine in the eighteenth century, known as a shrewd businessman and almost abnormally successful farmer. He was well-respected and quickly rose in social status. He was charismatic and both men and women alike were drawn to him. Judah had natural leadership abilities and those around him followed his lead unquestioningly. Getting involved in horses and horse breeding, Judah soon began making trips to surrounding towns for business purposes, the newly established town Collinsport being one of them.

It wasn't long before Judah had acquired his coven, consisting of seven women and five men from all over the region. Promising them success and retribution for wrongs done them, Judah slowly but surely took each one in. Each joined unknowingly that they would only be instruments in his own selfish plans. Miranda, then only a carpenter's daughter (recently orphaned) and as of yet unmarried, was one of the last of his coven to be brought into the fold. She soon became his rising star and was deemed his favorite. He bestowed privileges and powerful magickal knowledge on her, leading eventually to an intense love affair.

But after giving her trust to their coven leader, Miranda was quickly forgotten. Judah on accident discovered Penelope Collins, the wife of a successful businessman in Collinsport and was taken with her at first sight. Everything from there on began to unravel. Penelope was brought into the coven and although rumors about their affair grew rampant, Judah refused to stop seeing her. He became sloppy in his hiding the coven's workings and Miranda's growing belligerence over being left behind made him bitter and angry. He began to terrorize not only locals who belittled he and Penelope, but his own coven as well. Between her terror for her own safety and personal reasons, Miranda came forward to the puritan Town Council and was their star witness in Zachary's trial which ended up in his beheading.

But now that Vicky has been transported once again to the past, what changes could her actions imply for the present? Will Miranda survive? Or will Judah escape being convicted as a warlock and shed more blood?
