Audience recording with medium sound quality.  The overall sound quality is acceptable, but there is a lot of audience noise now and then, and especially during Romeo and Juliet and Sultans Of Swing, a "zooming" sound on the recording, probably due to distortion in the microphone.  Only the first five songs of the concert seem te have been recorded.  An almost complete bootleg with better sound as well is also available though: A Night in St.Petersburg 2001.
