Mrs S L Morrow of Walnut Street died at 3 O'Clcok Wednesday evening of a stroke. Mrs Morrow was 42 years of age and was Miss Ada Kersteller of Sunbury before her marriage. Funeral services will be held at the home of her mother-in-law Mra Katherine L Morrow of Walnut street. Interment in Oak Grove cemetery.



July 1964
Michael Blanch age 80 husband of Ida Germi Blanch, died at the university Hospital  Morgantown, West Virginia.  Wednesday July 8, 1964.  Born in Oliver #1 he had been a life long resident of this area. Besides his wife he is survived by the following brothers and sisters:Peter. Anthony, James, Louis, Jospeh, Sabastian and Mrs Don (Magdaline) Wallace all of Cleveland Ohio:  Mrs Jack (Angelina)Thomas Morgantown WV.: Mrs Elizabeth Fani and Mrs Josephine Polito both of Uniontown.  Victor A DeCarlo Funeral home interment in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Mrs Frances N Maust- Mrs Frances Nabor Maust, wife of John H Maust, died at her home 129 Walnut Street, Sunday morning, december 12, 1926 at 9 O'Clock. In August Mrs Maust suffered a servere fall from which she never recovered In addition to her husband  she is survived by one daughter Mrs Pearl Walls one son James Maust; two sisters Clara and Nettie Nabors all of the city.




April 1927
John C Shaw age 34 years of McClellandtown Road died in the Somerset Hospital Tuesday morning April 12, 1927.  He was the son of Mr and Mrs Luke Shaw who survive him.  Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

Pauline Krempasky 23, daughter of Mr and Mrs Anthony K. Krempasky, died in the family residence in Georges twonship at 9 O'Clcok Sunday morning, November 22, 1936.  Besides her parents she is survived by five brothers and a sister: Anthony Jr, Frank, Albert, Wendall, and John all at home. and Miss Mildred Krempasky of Pittsbugh. Services at St Cyril-Methodist Church.  Burial at St Jospeh cemetery.

Andrew J Bryson Jr Son of Andrew and Adaline (Walters) Bryson died at the home of his parents in North Union Township at midnight Monday Monday Novemebr 22, 1897 aged 31 years.  Death resulted from brain trouble with which he had been suffering about two months.  He is survived by his parents, two brothers, James and John, two sisters, Melissa and Jennie. Funeral Thrusday meet in the house at 11am.  Interment in Laurel Hill Cemetery

Mary Watson Mrs Mary Watson of Dunbar died Thrusday January 6, 1926, in the Connellsville State Hospital, where she has been a patient since August7th.  Watson was a life long resident of Dunbar.  She is survived by two daughters Ruth and Emma at home.  Mrs Watson was a member of the Ladies Bible class at the Methodist Protestant Church. Funeral services will be held in the home at 1:30 and at 3:30 at the church.with the Rev. Bolten officating.  Burial in Franklin Cemetery

James C Watson The family will receive friends today in the Dearth Funeral Home, New Salem today until 12 Noon and in the Pleasant View Presbyterian Churh  from 12:30 till 1:30 pm the hour of Service with Dr. Earl P Confer officating. Interment in Pleasant View Cemetery.  

Elizabeth Hall- of RD 1 Lemont Furnace died Friday May 16, 1970 in Orlando Fla.  She was born September 26, 1906 in Gladen, Pa.  She was predeseased by her husband Thomas in 1957.  Surviving are the following children Matilda Hall of Orlando, Fla: Eleanor DeValt of Warren , Ohio: Janet Silbaugh of Mentor, Ohio: Lucille Smith of Orlando, Fla: Robert, Edward of Cleveland, Ohio: Thomas of Orlando, Fla: Donald of Warren, Ohio: Melvin of Orlando, Fla: Norman of keisterville: Nelson of Orlando, Fla: 25 grandchildren: 4 great grandchildren: one sister Mrs May DeBaker of Charleroi, Pa.  Freinds will be received in the Harold S Geason Funeral Home. Interment in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.

Mary Patsko Miss Mary Patsko age 20 died Sunday August 29 at her home in house 132 at Palmer after a breif illness.  Surviving are her parents, Mr and Mrs Michael Patsko and the following brothers and sisters: thomas, Joseph, Michael Jr., Elizabeth, Helen, and Mary at home. Funeral services are incomplete.

 William Gilligan Dugan aged 75 died Sunday night Auguest 29, 1937 at the home of a daughter, Mrs ArthurSharpnak, George Street, Carmichaels.  Mr Dugan was fatally stricken while sitting on the front porch after enjoying a automobile drive. He had been in ill health for several years and death was attributed to a Heart disease.  He was widely known throughout Greene County as a farmer Surviving are two daughters and three sons: Mrs John Cree and Mrs Ralph Curtis of Khedive, Mrs Arthur Sharpnak, Carmichaels, Guy Dugan, Khedive: Earl of Masontown, and Harry of Clarkville.  Funeral services will be held in the Sharpnak home at 2 Wednesday followed by additional services in Muddy Creek Presbyterian Church of which he was a devout member.  Burail will be in the Church cemetery

James Allen Haney -  funeral services for James Allen Haney, aged 61 years, 8 months and 14 days, who died Sunday night June 2, 1928 at his home in South Union township will be held at the Johnston mortiuary chapel this afternoon

Clyde Paul Yauger - age 67 husband of Victoria Gallick Yauger of Mt Independance died at the Uniontown Hospital at 11:30 pm Tuesday January 16, 1966 after a prolonged illness.  A life resident of this area he was a retired mason and a member  of St. John's RC Church of Uniontown.  Beside his wife he is survived by the following children: Harry of Uniontown: Leo at home:Donald of Connellsville: Mrs Edward (Virginia) Lyohs of Mt Independance:  Mrs Louis ( Betty) Wilkovich of Shady Grove: Mrs Paul (Shirley) Querrierd of Chalk Hill. also fourteen grandchildren: five great grandchildren: the following brothers and sisters: Arnold and Grant Yauger. Mrs Earl (Katie) Jacobs, Mrs Francis (Edna) Coleman, Mrs Stanley (Eva) Hutchison, Mrs Eula Bryner all of Mt Independance.  Friends will be received in the Victor A DeCarlo Funeral Home after 7 this evening.
