I regret to inform you, on behalf of my Council, that no exhibition, perforrnances, lectures or any event pertaining to the proposed exhibition "Guilty", will be allowed to take place at any time in the Fort Klapperkop structure or on the terrain.

Neither you nor any other uninvited artist will be allowed to present or perform in any events of this kind.
