Wisdom wisdom, What is Wisdom?
Wisdom is the answer to all questions
Wisdom is having ability to read, write, solve and do
Wisdom can only be gained by dedicating time to study what is unknown
Wisdom is going to school when young and going to university
when old,
Wisdom is to plan for the future of our life
So does that mean wisdom is to fill our heads with as much
knowledge as possible?
Solomon was the wisest King ever lived, he had more wisdom
than anyone ever lived,
What was he's answer to the very same question?
This is what he said, (ecclesiastes 1:16-18)
"I thought to myself, Look, i have grown and increased in
wisdom more than anyone who has ruled over Jerusalem before
me, I have experienced much of wisdom and knowledge. Then i
applied myself to the understanding of wisdom and also of
madness and folly, but i learned that this too is a chasing
after the wind. For with much wisdom comes much sorrow, the
more knowledge, the more grief."
What is wisdom then?
The greatest wisdom is to acknowledge Jesus as Lord and
saviour,
And to lived by his commandments for the entire time of our
lifes,
Trust in him and believe in him, he will provide for all our
needs
To gain is to lose and to lose is to gain,
(Matt 16:25-27)
"For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever
loses his life for me will find it."
"What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world,
yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for
his soul."
"For the son of man is going to come in his father's glory
with his angels, and then he will reward each person
according to what he has done."
At the end of age, Jesus will come and judge the world
according to what everyone has done, Good will be rewarded
and evil will be condemned.
May the Lord our God grant everyone the Wisdom to awknowledge
him and understand his will, may we all become workers of
God, and spread his love to all nations around the world.
