SUMMARY
The kids in the cul-de-sac were about to have a race to the candy store. Everyone, but Rolf, zoomed right off. After a while Rolf became a bit upset, and he wishes to go back to his old country. The Eds are nearby, and they think of an idea.
Rolf was cleaning some beets, when he heard a sound. He decided to look at it. It soon lead him to Ed, Edd n Eddy, who were filling up a giant bowl of Chunky Puffs.
Rolf went to see what was going on, and the Eds told him they wished for a giant bowl of Chucky Puffs from Ed's "Magical Shoe." Rolf asked if he can wish to go back to his old country, and Eddy said yes, but Rolf had to pay first. Rolf paid, and made his wish by breathing in the "stench of destiny."
The next thing Rolf realized was that he was somewhere else. He went around, and thought that he was back in his homeland, but he was really in the under-construction cul-de-sac, revised by the Eds.
Ed and Eddy were about to go buy jawbreakers, but Double D told them that they needed to stay to uphold Rolf's wish. It was then Rolf went to one of their shops. As soon as Rolf wanted to buy something, Eddy went up to make a sale, but Rolf's technique of a sale (balancing on top of a pole) confused Eddy. Double D told him that that's how Rolf's old country made sales. Eddy then got an idea.
All dressed-up, Double D was the one on a pole, with Rolf trying to make a bargain with him. It ended up with 2 chickens for some "eels," which Ed seemed to like.
After a while, Ed fell into a hole that Rolf dug up. Rolf said that there should be a celebration, and told Double D to play a song ("That's My Horse") by jug.
Soon, Jonny appeared, and Double D and Eddy tried to get rid of him. With Jonny there, the village was beginning to turn back into the under-construction cul-de-sac. Rolf then started to realize he has been tricked, and was really mad at the Eds.
Double D explained that they just wanted to share Rolf's old culture. Rolf said that he would show them, and played "That's My Horse" on the jug. Ed, who was caught up into the song, danced its way (throwing and hitting partners), with Rolf continuing the song.
My Little Review
"I like this episode a lot. Even though it's a mystery to many Ed-Fans what country Rolf is from, it seems that this episode gives an idea of his heritage, yet since it was Ed, Edd n Eddy who made the village in the under-construction cul-de-sac, it still holds the mystery of Rolf's old country." - Double T
