Department of Outpatient Clinics
The outpatient clinics receive between 600 to 1000 patients/day. The clinics work 11 hours/day in two timetables: a morning session from 9 am to 2 pm and an afternoon session from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The clinics are divided as follow:
Five clinics for new patients: four adult clinics and one pediatric
Five clinics for follow-up four adult clinics and one pediatric
One clinic for immediate postoperative follow-up
One clinics for Anticoagulant control for patients with prosthetic valves
One clinic for Long Acting Penicillin cares for RHD
One dental clinic for both outpatients and inpatients dental care
Outpatient Radiology unit
Outpatient Resting and Exercise ECG clinic
Outpatient echocardiography clinic
Outpatient laboratory unit
The activity of all the above clinics are assured by consultants and qualified doctors either cardiologists, surgeons, hematologists, dentists and doctors.
