I quite liked Shallow Grave, but then I've always liked arty type movies a lot more than the average Hollywood blockbuster. (Which is why Ewan has become one of my favourite actors, outside of his role in TPM.)

The basic story line was a `trust no one' type, with greed taking over the 3 main characters in the end. It was almost a little too try hard, but it was perfectly watchable, even without Ewan. Basicly, it is a good enough movie to watch, even if you don't want to spend the whole time watching him. mind I also think the main actress Kerry Fox, who is an New Zealander and a very good actress. So between her and Ewan.... :)

It's not particularly graphic or violent when compared with a lot of other movies. But one of the main reasons I liked the movie was Ewan almost made me forget he was starring in it. Which wasn't any small feat.
