A Brief Interview with Amy Rose
By Joshua
Josh: Hello Sonic fans, this is Josh Knode here with another "Sonic Talk". This week's guest is a friend of mine--
Amy: Actually, I've never met you before.
Josh: Well, I guess not, but you wouldn't mind being my friend?
Amy: (smiles) No.
Josh: My friend, Amy Rose. Thank you for taking the time to be here, Amy, I know you're very busy.
Amy: Oh, yeah, I'm promoting this new game, "Sonic Adventure". I'm the new poster-girl for the Dreamcast generation, with a close second being that woman from "Ready 2 Rumble Boxing".
Josh: Well, I could think of no-one more fitting than you to represent the Dreamcast's feminine side. I mean, everything about your new look just SCREAMS "Girl Power!!"
Amy: I know. I've been trying out this new look and I think it's pretty fitting for me, makes me look a bit more mature, appeals to an older female audience.
Josh: And an older MALE audience too, I bet.
Amy: (blushes) Oh, you.
Josh: Well, Amy, I've heard talk on this site of you and Tails--any comments?
Amy: Oh, we're just friends for now. Sonic's my man.
Josh: Depending on what continuity of course.
Amy: Well, yes, I'm a bit too young for him in the way Archie see things, anyway. And that Sally is quite some competition.
Josh:Yes, I heard there was some confusion with that name in the first game you were in.
Amy: (rolls eyes) Oh, that. Yes, in the original Sonic CD I was named "Sally" in America. it was just a way of drawing fans of the cartoon and comic back to the games. To this day people pick on me, calling me "Sally". I hate that name. It fits me worse than Antoine's accent.
Josh: I'd have to agree. So, any plans for the future?
Amy: Marriage, and lots of little hedgehogs.
Josh: You consult Sonic on that one yet?
Amy: Not yet, but I think he'll like the idea.
Josh: Well, that's all the time we have today. Thank you for being on the show today, Amy.
Amy: No problem.
Josh: Join me next time when my guests will be the "Cassanovas" of the Sonic and Knuckles comics--Antoine deCoolette and Citizen Wynmacher. Thank you, goodnight!

curious tourists have stopped by to chat with Amy Rose since August 26, 1999. Of course, she just ran off into Twinkle Park after her precious "Sonnikku!" and ignored them completely.
