"How to Stay Healthy"



To stay healthy, it is reccommended that you eat right, excercise, stay trim, and tone your muscles.
Eating right means eating foods from the four food groups--(Plural Noun), (Plural Noun), (Plural Noun), and (Plural Noun). For breakfast you should eat (Substance) or (Plural Noun), washed down with a nice cool glass of (Liquid). Lunch should be a delicious hot (Noun), cut into small slices, and a glass of (Liquid). And dinner should be something REALLY healthy, like (Plural Noun).
To stay trim, you should consume only (Number) calories a day and excercise every (Amount of Time), at stretches of (Amount of Time) each. Some popular excercises are (Verb ending in "ing"), (Verb ending in "ing"). and (Verb ending in "ing"). To do this last one, you must bend over and touch your (Part of the Body) to your (Part of the Body). Hold for (Number) seconds. Then, straighten up and stretch out your (Part of the Body). You should also have bouncy music to listen to, like (Name of a Song). And when you are done excercising, you should cool down by (Verb ending in "ing") in place for (Amount of Time).
Many people also want to tone their muscles. To do this, you should (Verb) weights by firmly grasping a (Substance) weight in each (Part of the Body) and flexing up and down and back and forth. These weights should weigh at least (Number) pounds and you should expend at least (Amount of Energy, Any Type) while lifting them. If you don't, you're not doing this right.
Remember all these helpful tips, follow them every day,and you could even extend your life span by (Amount of Time). Who knows? Someday, you may just have a body like (A Celebrity) or (A Celebrity).
