Lair of the Unidragon, Page Twenty-Six

Looking up at the high ceiling, you decide that now would be a good time to test out that magical collar Krexx gave you. You jump as hard as you can--and find yourself sailing TWENTY FEET over all the guards' heads, landing softly several yards behind the last one.
As they stand there, totally confused, you wade in and hack both whole groups to pieces with your sword, the magic lending your limbs an extra swiftness. Then you wipe your blade off on one of their cloaks and continue down the corridor.
Now you're REALLY curious!
As you press further on into the castle you are challenged at every turn, but, having gotten the hang of your new magically-enhanced agility, you have little problem dealing with it. You only kill the guards when you feel like it--usually you just jump over their heads and escape.
Finally, the narrow halls open up into a huge, cavernous room. It is round, with a balcony circling it near the top. The balcony is too high for you to see what is going on, but you sure can HEAR it: shouts, curses, clanking metal, crunching bone, and every few seconds or so a guard will fly over the railing. If they're not already dead, they are by the time they hit the floor. You listen more closely. As far as you can determine, all this chaos is being caused by ONE person.
What a warrior, you think with admiration. Someone like that could be quite useful to have on my side. Hey, nothing says I have to fight the Unidragon alone.
But what if you can't GET this person on your side? In that case, you'd be facing a very dangerous enemy.
Decide quickly--the warrior is already climbing down a rope ladder to the floor near you . Should you stay and introduce yourself--or get out while the gettin's good?
