Lair of the Unidragon, Page Twenty-Eight

As you round the bend in the left-hand tunnel (which was straight a moment before), you enter a huge cavern lined with stone. In the middle of the chamber is a huge red dragon, sleeping. Near her is a bundle of rags. You are about to sneak quietly out when the bundle of rags rolls over and groans.
You gasp. As the orange hair falls back from a sickly grey face, you recognise the person. It's Krexx!
How did she get here? you wonder. What's wrong with her?
You have little time to ponder these questions, however, as the dragon's scaley lids snap open and her evil yellow eyes fix straight on you. Much as you would like to help your friend, perhaps you should leave while you still can.
