1 lg head cabbage (finely chopped) 2 lg carrots (grated)
1 1/2 C mayo (more if needed)
1/2 C buttermilk
1 C CRUSHED pineapple (drained)
sugar to taste
pinch pepper

Combine ingredients in large plastic bowl. Chill at least 2 hrs before serving. Enjoy!
Some people are on sodium restricted diets. I always
let the individual use the salt themselves. This is a
sweet slaw and you can always control that by omitting
the sugar altogether. If you don't like the pineapple
it is good without it.
