You Are You, I Am Me

Though we must abide to rules
In this life we walk
There is room for us to be ourselves
In the ways we act and talk

For we are all individuals
With gifts and talents all our own
Not everyone does things the same
Though to be in molds some are prone

I have always liked to be a little different
With my own kind of flair
To have my own individuality
Being careful of to take care

We were all made differently
With our own way we react and do
We should always be proud of who we are
For I am me and you are you
