Zidane and Barthez out of Scotland friendly.

Zinedine Zidane is out of France's Euro 2000 warm-up against Scotland in Glasgow on Wednesday after injuring his knee.

Goalkeeper Fabien Barthez and reserve defender Vincent Candela have also both pulled out of coach Roger Lemerre's squad for the friendly after picking up injuries playing for their club sides during the weekend.

Zidane suffered a knock on his right knee, the one operated on last year, playing for Juventus away to AC Milan on Friday.

He reported to France team doctor Jean-Marcel Ferret on Sunday before flying back to Turin on Monday for tests with doctors at his Italian club.
