The Reason
My name is Glenn Jones.
I'm a student in college studying Civil Engineering with a minor in Mathematics.
This web site is here to help Christians defend their Faith.
A term I would ask you to know is Apologetics.
For Christians it is defined as "A defense or justification of the truth of the Christian faith."
The verse of scripture in which we find this exhortation is 1 Peter 3:15-17. It states:
"But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared
to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for
the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,
keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously
against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander.
It is better, if it is God's will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil."
Greater than any thing, we must know that it is better to suffer for Christ's sake, than to feel more at ease doing evil. The Lord has greater gifts for us in Heaven than anything on the Earth if we do His will. Therefore, we must realize that and do what is right no matter what the consequences may be.
It is my prayer and hope that what I place on this site gives answers to those who seek them and Strength for those who need it, to serve Christ and Christ alone.
