Personally responsible for Finance and Administration, including IT and HR, for M&A transactions, capital markets, tax and legal matters.

Jetter is quoted in the Prime Standard of Deutsche Börse (ISIN DE0006264005). The company develops, produces and markets industrial automation systems and has subsidiaries in the USA, Europe and Asia.

• Preparation of quarterly consolidated financial statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards, in English and German
• Preparation of the business report (English and German)
