Erik Larsen worked on the Namor annual.  Below is the cover to said issue.  Larsen did only a little part of the pencils, which is the way Marvel does its annuals.  A group of artists worked on this issue, and Larsen was among them.  He was inked over by someone else, so his art is as apparent as it usually is.  Below is the cover.   COVER GALLERY click on cover to see a larger version
