El Galan de Telenovelas

"Abrázame muy fuerte" is the latest of Fernando Colunga's telenovelas to begin broadcasting in Mexico in 2000. Produced by Salvador Mejia, who did Rosalinda, and written by Thalía's friend, the late René Muñoz, this work promises to be one of Fernando's most successful. Here he is pictured in TV Show Magazine with his co-star, Araceli Arámbula.

Fernando Colunga and Edith Gonzales pose with the child actors who play their characters as children in Siempre Te Amaré. That novela achieved an astonishing rating, the highest ever recorded for the opening episode of any Televisa novela up to that time, and then unfortunately went downhill from there.
