James Bond "satire" starring Rowan Atkinson as a bumbling and fairly incompetent secret agent. The word "satire" isn’t really appropriate here as the jokes are mostly "laugh-out-loud" and obvious rather than clever and knowing. Johnny English has some funny moments though most of the jokes are fairly predictable. An average comedy which, it can be argued, is also dubiously xenophobic. Definitely not a classic!
