Excellent exhibition of French paintings loaned from the Baltimore Museum of Art and Walters Art Gallery, Baltimore. Virtually all of the major artists based in France during the period are featured in a nicely-sized, well arranged exhibition. Some good new paintings for me by familiar names as well as one of two new names and some good paintings by some of the pre-Impressionist French painters with whom I'm less familiar. A superb exhibition.
