This move is where you balance on one of your hands and spin.

You can start of this moves in many different ways, but I'll teach you the beginner way. First you balance on both of your hands, and you kick your right leg to the right in a circular motion and follow your left right after it and also push with your left hand (or right depense on with hand your supporting your weight with) so you are spining.

You can link this move with some other moves, a lots of people use this move to finish their routine.

You can practice by balancing with both hands and once you get the hold of that you can try balancing with one hand. After that all you have to do is working on the kick =)
