For those people who takes ballet and gymnastics, this move might seen familiar to you.
Your on the ground with both hands and legs touching the ground. Crouch your right leg and keep your left leg straight and place it behind you. Now swing your left leg clock wise, and make sure your hands are out of it's way when it's coming through. Pull your hands up when it's coming and place them back down right after, hop over your right leg over your left leg. Just repeat this over and over again, that's all there is to this move.
