To start this move you have to do a hand stand first, don't worry about balance because you won't be in this position for long. Now kick your legs up and push off the ground with you hands. Now when your feet touch, you quickly bounce off you feet and go back to the hand stand position. Just keep doing this over and over, and that's all for this move.
