This move is ill, but hard to master. This move is where only your hands touch the ground and your legs around swing around in the air, it's like the gymnastics, where they are on that horse thing. First to start of this move, you have your hands right infornt of you. Your right leg touching the ground know bring your left leg around the back and go under your right and kick up then kick off with your right leg right after. Well the leg movement is a lot like the windmill, it's the basically the same thing except that only your hands are touching the ground not your whole upper body.
