This move is not that hard, you just have to balance. Some people wear a helmet for this move, the helmet can help reducing the pain.
To start this move you first do a handstand with your head on the ground. Twist your waist and kick your legs in a circular motion. You can practice this move by doing the handstand with you head on the ground, just get used to this position and just work on the spining later.
