Kip-Up
This move is also called the Chinese get up. This move is where your on the ground and you jumps up to your feet. It's really important to warm up before you do this move.
First you just lay on your back on the ground and place your hands just over your shoulder. Bring your knees to your forehead and your back should be off the ground, put all the weight on your head or neck. Now you kick your legs out and push yourself off the ground with your hands. The timing is important, you need to know when you push off. Keep practicing and you'll get it. This move is pretty easy to master.
