L-Kick
  This move is also known as the V-Kick.

Well basically it's an one hand freeze and you spread your legs into a shape of "L" or "V" and just balance on of your hands, it takes some balance and strength it's really not hard at all. You can go into this move many different ways, you can just jump down into one of your hands and just do it.. or you can go into a hand stand first and then take your other hand off the floor. Either way it looks nice if your can do it nice and smooth.
