This is one basic move that you should know for break dance. It's also known as the down rock. I'll teach you six step, step by step.. This is the first position for six step. Only your hands and feet are touching the ground. Now cross your left leg over your right leg. Your left leg stay in the same position and move your right leg to the back. Now your right leg stay in the same place. You bring your left leg to the back, so now you should be in a push up position. Your left leg stay in the same spot and bring your right leg to the front. Now bring your left leg behind your right leg and then go back to the starting position by moving your right leg to the right. This is how you do it clock wise.. you can also do it counter clock wise.. just do everything the opposite.
