| This move is very dangerous if you
don't becareful and I would suggest you practice on a
soft surface first. First you'll kick your right leg right in front of you and quickly bring it back to where your left leg used to be standing. When your right leg is close to your left you quick kick your left leg straight back and place your right leg at where your left leg used to be and band down as low as you can and then jump into a front flip with your right leg. Now in the mid air you'll have to open up your arms and legs and make sure you land on th heele of your feet cause that way it'll hurt LESS. You should try to land flat on your back, so that means every part of your body hit the ground at the same time but actually your heele does but you don't wanna make that to look to obvious. So yeah keep practicing and becareful.. cause you will hurt yourself really badly if you don't. This is only one of the suicides out there, but it's my favourite and also personaly i think it's the one that's most painless. |
