Windmill

This move is also called continous back spin. Windmill is one of the tightest moves in break dance, you should try to master this move because it's a must have move.

You start on a push-up position, your stoamch is off the floor. Now kick your left leg out (counter clock wise) in a circular motion. When you kick your left leg out, go down and land on your left shoulder, and spin on it. If your kick was powerful enough, you'll start spining, start on your left shoulder and goes into your back and then your right shoulder. Make sure both your legs are apart and staight so you won't lose any speed. Now this is the toughest part of the move, when your on your right shoulder, you roll into your stomach, it's really hard.. just force yourself to roll over. Stab your left elbow in your belly to help support your weight, and your right hand will push your body up so your left leg will swing through easily. You really have to practice this move, if you don't push your body up, your left leg would just slam into the ground. Just repat this over and over, that's a windmill. If you left leg keeps slam into the ground you can practice the pausing way, when it slams into the ground just push with your hands and kick back out again. When your used to that motion all you do is add more speed and your set.

If your left hand is stronger do the opposite.
