The Worm
This move kicks ass! Your on the ground moving in a wave motion like a worm.
First into the push-up position. Now curl your kicks up behind your back and put all the weight on your hip, and kick your legs down back to the ground and at the same time push your upper body of the ground with your hands. The object is to the space under you follow through in a smooth motion. Repeat this motion again and again. You can also bring this move to the next level. Do the same thing as a normal worm except you don't use your hands to push your upper body up, you use the strength of your back. You can practice this move by curl your legs behind your back and putting all the weight on your hips and try to make the movment smooth as possible or you'll look like your humping the ground.
