Seperti pokok semalu kecil tetapi daunnya berwarna hijau muda. Pokoknya lebih besar dan boleh mencapai satu meter tingginya. Ia juga mempunyai lebih duri pada batangnya. Daunnya lebih halus dan juga akan tutup bila tersentuk.

Just like the lesser sensitive plant but the leaves are lighter green in colour. The plants are very much larger and can reach 1 meter tall. It also has more thorns all along its stem. The leaflets are smaller and are also sensitive to the touch.
