Pokok sederhana tinggi yang biasa dapat dijumpai, kerana ditanam untuk nilai perubatannya. Lebih kurang semua bahagian pokok digunakan. It mempunyai getah antiseptik yang pahit. Tumbuhan ini terdapat daripada India hingga Indonesia. Ia ditanam dengan menggunakan biji benih.

A common average height tree, usually planted because it has valuable medical properties. Almost all parts of the tree is used. It has a bitter and antiseptic resin. The plant is wide spread from India to Indonesia. Propergation is by germinating the seeds.
