Pokok liar berjalar, biasa dapat dijumpai hidup bersama rumput, di tanah rendah, tanah terbiar, tepi longkang dan tepi jalan. Sentiasa digunakan sebagai sayur dan boleh dimakan segar atau dimasak. Juga digunakan untuk nilai perubatannya.

Wild creeping plant, very common in the lowlands in grass, waste land, by the side of drains and roadside. Popular and much use as a vegetable, which can be eaten raw (ulam/salad) or cooked. Also used for it medicinal value.
