How I did it

All pages were generated by my keyboard.  They were hand typed in a plain text editor like BBEdit for Mac.  You can find it at your favorite shareware site. Layout was borowed from the old design of the Official Burning Man site. I learned a lot from Web Pages That Suck.  You can buy the book, or just study the site for free.
