Garbage Pail Kids Brand New Series 1 Sketch Cards

The BNS1 series is the fifth GPK set to contain "Sketch" cards numbering 1/1 (one-of-a-kind, found within hobby or retail boxes). Eleven GPK artists worked on the Sketch cards for this release; veteran artists Tom Bunk and James Warhola; next-generation artists Brent Engstrom, Fred Wheaton, Layron Dejarnette, Mark Pingitore, Joe Simko, Colin Walton, Jeff Zapata, Neil Camera, and Strephon Taylor (added at the end to complete sketch cards to meet the deadline). Besides the sketch cards located within the boxes, the artists were also given 10 blank sketch card 'returns' from the Topps company, and once approved, could be kept, sold or auctioned -- these sketch cards are often more highly detailed.
