The
BNS3 series is the seventh GPK set to contain Sketch Cards numbering 1/1
(one-of-a-kind), found within hobby boxes (inserted 1:203 packs) or retail boxes
(inserted 1:440 packs). Ten GPK artists worked on the Sketch cards for this release;
Brent Engstrom, Layron Dejarnette, Mark Pingitore, Joe Simko, Neil Camera, Strephon
Taylor, Fred Wheaton, David Gross, Pat Barrett and newcover Steve Potter. Besides
the sketch cards located within the boxes, the artists were given ten blank sketch
card 'returns' from the Topps company, and once approved, could be kept, sold
or auctioned; these sketch cards are often more highly detailed and go for a higher
price. |
