Soft Hands & Feet Treatment ~

300 year old recipe. A woman had cracked & bleeding hands for 3 years until she tried this formula. Within days her painful cracked hands were healed and cured.

1 oz. ground Almonds
1 egg, beaten
1 TBsp Honey
1/4 oz. ground Comfrey root

Combine Almonds, egg & Comfrey root. Add Honey, mix with clean hands. At night, before bed time, carefully coat your hands from wrist to fingernails. You mat have to ask someone to carefully help you put on a pair of kid gloves(never use rubber gloves! and cotton ones will leak.) In the morning remove the gloves and rinse them & your hands. Apply an Herbal Lotion or cream. Repeat this process every night for 1 week, then to once a week for a month. Then once a month for as long as necessary.
This is extremely effective for sore &/or dry feet also. For feet, sock moccasins work well to keep in the liquid.
