The Eldar are an ancient race of aliens. They were once a powerful race but were all but destroyed in the times of the Fall. They have made technological advances far beyond many other races. They tone their skills to almost-perfection and they are powerful psykers. Their tactics and motives are unpredictable but they should be taken seriously.
