Zechs was the ace pilot of the Eartn Alliance,who rivals Heero in ability and strength. It was later revealed that Zechs is in fact Miliando Peacecraft, heir to the anti-war Peacecraft kingdom and also the elder brother to Relena. When his conscience finally caughts up with him, Zechs decided to achieve peace by turning against the Alliance and his once good friend,Treize. However, he believes that the only way to aquire peace was through violence and war, "a war to end all wars".He thus became the leader of the White Fang, a group with the motive to annihilate Earth Alliance completely and free the space colonies. After the destruction of the Earth Alliance,Zechs disappeared without trace but later returned as Preventer "Wind".
