"Ma's Pecan Pie Recipe II (Quick Version)"
1 unbaked 9" pastry shell crust
4 eggs beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup choped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Combine butter,sugar and corn syrup cook over heat until sugar is disolved. cool mixture. Add eggsand vanilla,salt slowly. Blend well. Pour into pie shell top with pecans. Bake at 325°f. for 50-55 min.
