"Ma's Chocolate Frosting Recipe"
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tbls. softened butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
Melt choc. over hot boiling water. Combine butter,vanilla,and salt in a bowl. Stir in confectioners sugar a little at a time until smooth. Then beat in the egg and melted choc.Beat hard until creamy & stiff enough to spread.
